Korintje cinnamon: Grown in Indonesia, Korintje cinnamon offers a subtle sweet flavor with hints of spice.

Which type of cinnamon is the best?

Well, studies have shown that not all cinnamon are created equal.

The Cassia variety contains significant amounts of a compound called coumarin, which is believed to be toxic to the liver when consumed in large doses.
